K&N Install HELP with re-set!

After the install, my Service Engine Soon & Traction Control lights, are on. the traction control comes on & off as I'm driving. I drove for only 15 minutes. The engine starts real rough also. I did not disconnect the Mass Air Sensors for installation, just remove them from the existing and put them in the new with out disconnect. Will the computers re-set after more driving time????

You also might want to clean the MAF sensor too. Sometimes the new air filters have too much oil in them and get on the sensors. Use isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth. Then reset the ecu.
