Or J-Bonez? Did you ever get your situation resolved? Highly curious since my Ark Exhaust is currently on a FedEx Truck :)

Nope, still hasn't been resolved. Haven't heard anything from ARK at all about the situation. I guess they are just hoping to avoid the problem all together!

Way to step in this matter. As a supporter of this company and its product, I hope that they just take care of this issue. Grab a correct piece of an exhaust in the warehouse, ship said piece, customer is happy and your not flamed. I don't have a nickel in this but I hate when something like this is not taken care of.
