One more thing...........why go with Amuse catback when you could go with GTM's 3"? I am not even going to make suggestions (because of obvious reasons), but there are other more viable and easily obtainable options out there.

Not so many people here has dropped 3-4k on an exhaust. So there is not much data can prove on the numbers. But Amuse is a premium brand. So the quality and sound should be top notch. If you are after the JDM, brand, sound, look and rarity then go for the Amuse exhaust. Otherwise if you are looking into the performance gain, go with the GTM or Fast Intentions 3" CBE. Oh BTW, they are also top quality products.

Its also full titanium. That adds to the cost. MXP is rumored to be made by Amuse and sold under the Mackin name and can be had for a lot less money and is almost identical, except its not titanium.

I'm still deciding between MXP, Motordyne and Fast Intentions. I mainly want sound and burnt tip. |

If you're going with the GTM TT kit it would be more beneficial for u to get the GTM or FI 3inch Exhaust which is specifically designed for Turbo set ups

I agree with the above comments, stay N/A or go SC if you plan on getting dishing out big dosh for the Amuse R1. TT will breathe and benefit better with larger piping diameter (Amuse= 2.5", turbo back exhaust= 3").
And as for is it worth 3k? I paid 3.8k for my Akrapovic Evolution and you definitely get what you pay for (build quality and finish is astounding, orgasmic note, perfect fitment and proven gains). It will be no different for the Amuse, if you do plan on getting the R1 will you also be getting the Y-pipe? Please also bear in mind it will be hidden underneath your car so not many will be able to appreciate such fine craftmanship. |

Look I'm just a realist and like to keep it real. F all that b.s. and beating around the bush. This is just my advice straight up.
If your N/A at the moment. I'd rather spend money on fenders, lips, springs, hoods, skirts, and wheels. Make that 370z look exotic. You will probably get MUCH more attention and credit buy looking good then for the minimal power you will be getting with N/A mods. If you want modifications I'd just go FI. But I would say its safe to assume that you would be better off buying a better clutch and maybe tranny at that point. To be on the REALLY safe side. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

Just because the exhaust is 3-4k, it's useless to buy. We all have our own interest, the joy to have a masterpiece. as they say, different strokes for different folks i'm buying a one off Amuse next year which costs more than the stated ones and i'm saving doughs as we speak
