Ebay SRI Review

you're using a filter you know nothing about. your air flow could be/probably is worse and to boot the hot air it's sucking in is a lot less dense. doubtful

well i know it isnt letting dirt and dust in

im pretty sure im making power, maybe not when heat soaked from traffic but when moving i pull in the same temp air as i did with the stock boxes

well its easy, take off the filters and inspect the tubes and sensors

so far i havent seen any dirt in the tubes and the sensors are clean, i do need to inspect it again though, its been about 100 miles since my last inspection

you can't eyeball dirt in the tubes to figure out cleansing efficiency, especially after such little mileage, nor can you guess air flow resistance.
