Good to see those with the Garrett kits will be getting a discount.
can't wait to see what this can do on top of the turbo kit. I hope they test it on the Garrett turbo kit.

Really looking forward to this, at the price of an exhaust give or take, for about same gains. Will we be able to use aftermarket IM Plenums for the GT-R then? Or just the oem one

I suspect as long as the manifolds take up the same or less space, they should work.

Something we have not mentioned yet here, all of our previous Garrett Twin Turbo customers will be getting special pricing on our conversion for their loyalty to the GTM brand.

I'm starting to feel a little better and managed a way to climb into the dyno so I can start doing some testing by this weekend and will have a lot of information to share.

Sam

Bump, any update Sam?

Hey Sam,

This doesn't change / replace anything about the lower plenum for those of us using the Aquamist direct port methanol system, correct?

Thanks

If the gains are impressive I may still pull the trigger. I'm assuming tapping the conversion piece is still doable just like the stock lower intake?

Im sure that we will see some torque gains with this stock GTR manifold

GT-R aftermarket manifold is way too expensive :shakes head:

Unless it's so much bigger that there isn't room on the outside of the runners for the injectors to mount, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do the same? :)

sub'd!

Looking it over, it shouldn't be a problem. The jets are pretty small.

Has anyone brought this yet...

12nismo 08-26-2013 01:37 PM

I am VERY interested in running this set-up. I already have the Motordyne manifold and wonder what kind of gains can be expected over the Motordyne on a fully bolted NA. If its 15+ across the entire RPM range as speculated then I am definitely in for one. Any idea when Numbers will be posted?

brucelidat 08-28-2013 11:28 PM

sub'd for results, wonder what this can do for a n/a Z. Also, what is install labor time looking like?

brucelidat 08-28-2013 11:43 PM

how long will the introductory pricing be available for? Also, is there a strut bar solution or will our stock one fit over this? Can't wait for results!
