PB blaster, wait 5 minutes, and use a 1/2" wrench with breaker bar if necessary. Thats what worked for me when I did my sway bar install.

I was having trouble too but my dad came to help. He put a wrench through the other one and boom it was done. Spray some WD40 and make sure u have an extension to creat leverage.

You can bang it a few times after you apply your favorite lube... (Pun intended? Lol)

But no, seriously, it will jostle the rust a bit

Yep PB Blaster works great. I sprayed mine on while the car was cooling and about 2 hours later, sprayed more and got to work. I was able to get 3 off, but for the 4th, I was so physically exhausted because I didn't have a breaker bar, I called my dad in for some fresh muscle and it popped off and all downhill from there. The most annoying bolts for me were the right exhaust hanger. You have to get it at a weird angle with an extension so you don't have must room to work with yet alone break the bolts, but again PB blasted it and with some slight of hand, it came off. Oh and watch your eyes. My dad and I both took bolts to the face when trying to put them back on. Painful. Good luck!

I did my exhaust at 27,000 miles which is lower but if you have a higher mileage car, you may need the torch.

If you still have trouble with the PB Blaster, let it sit longer. Let it soak overnight if you have to.

If your jack has a two piece handle, you can use part of it as a breaker bar if your ratchet fits inside it. I've done it in the past. I've also very carefully put my jack under the wrench and slowly carefully used the jack to turn the wrench.

If you have an air compressor, an 800 ft-lb impact gun works wonders. Even so, use some PB blaster. That stuff is great.

I recommend buying a breaker bar. It's one of those tools you will use over and over. Next time you are at harbor freight, they have a 36" for $10. Money well spent.
