Had the Magnaflow Exhaust installed by a muffle shop. They brought me back to see an issue where the passenger pipe at the bend for the tail piece is not

Magnaflow CBE Clearance issue ?
Had the Magnaflow Exhaust installed by a muffle shop. They brought me back to see an issue where the passenger pipe at the bend for the tail piece is not able to clear the fuel filler inlet air box. The mechanic did the best he could to shift everything to allow it to clear before the pipes were clamped down, but as you can see from the Pic it is still in contact with the box.
