I think you should be fine with either or. But if your talking LOUD. You'll be better of with testpipes non resonated as well. Or longtube headers. Then your talking. **** throw in some cutouts with longtube headers lol. I know you think I'm crazy but your talking to a guy with a cammed out z06. There is no such thing as too loud for me. I love the sound of drone....having a sustaining beep in your ear after shutting the car down and the smell of a catless car all while spraying a 200 shot as you go down the quarter mile.

Just throwing this out there.

This is a sound clip of the exhaust note for my 370Z after installing Berk HFCs & CBE. The clip starts off with a cold start, then some revs after a good warm-up followed by a take-off and slow drive-by.

The sound bite doesn't really do it justice. It sounds so much better in person. However, this may give you an idea.
