Greddy Turbo Ti-C with Invidia Test Pipe~ Should I remove my TP?
Guys, currently running with a Greddy Turbo TI-C CBE with an Invidia Test Pipe. I felt that I lost in torque, rasp increased, overall not comfy with it after I changed the TP. Im thinking of replace back my stock CATs due to the dissatisfaction. Should I do that for performance wise?

nope. get a tune, gain your low end torque back, and keep your gains up top

I would finish adding (if you plan to) all the bolt ons then get her tuned

I think maybe the Greddy Ti-c exhaust too high flow and made my Z lost in power? Im worry if i change an aftermarket exhaust manifold will make my Z even worse.

There's no possible way u lost hp. u may have lost low end torque, which is tricking your butt dyno, but i garuntee that u gained power up top. unless u went much larger than 60mm, u probably didn't lose i gigantic amount of tq down low either

My piping was 70mm. This is why I hard to choose whether to continue using the Test Pipe then go for a tune or replace back OEM Cats. Any suggestion guys?

Only thing I suggest other than get a tune is about the rasp you speak of. Get Vibrant resonators. From pics and me holding 2.5" diameter, 12" and 18" long resonators in my hand I know this is what FI uses on their CBE's. I plan to make or buy someone's non resonated CBE and make or buy someone's non resonated TP's. ill hear it out and then add the 18's I got yesterday off amazon if I don't like it. Ill listen again and if not to my liking still, ill pick up 2 12's and throw them in the TP's. since you have a Ti CBE I'd buy 2 12's which the resonator is only 9.5" long and have someone weld them into the TP's for you. Should make it sound a lot better.

It isn't because you sound like you want to pull them off anyways. When they're off have the resonators welded on and reinstall them. That will fix the rasp. As for getting tq back, if you lost it which you might not have because you didn't do a before and after dyno to prove it, you need a tune no matter what. The tune will give it back if you lost it and then some.

It's the test pipes or high flow cats makes you lose torque down low. That's because the low end torque needs some back pressure while tps and hfcs relief the back pressure for peak gains(which is at the higher rpm range).
The solution for this is to get your car tuned. A tune not necessary gain much peak power but will correct the A/F ratio and bring back the power down low thus improve your drivability a couple notch up.

+1 with edub, grab a tune to regain some of that low/mid range. Right off the bat you may feel a loss of power because you have less back pressure now. Sacrifice for that partial throttle low end for wide open throttle top end that's the trade off with modding!

As for tuning you don't need anyone there. Remote tuning or Internet tuning works 100%. You just log, a tuner adjusts the map and emails it back to you. Takes a few logs but it will be right as rain.
