Please I Need Help with My F.I Exhaust System Please!??
 

Ok I recently purchased the F.I 12" Carbon Fiber Resonator Exhaust System. Now I've been looking at videos and I really like the Non resonated with Test Pipes Setup but what's the difference between the exhaust system I purchased (also if I add the test pipes) against the Non Resonated exhaust with Test pipes??? Pretty much I wanna know if there's a hp difference and also sound like I've seen videos of the Non resonated w/ test pipes and I actually I REALLY like the sound but there's HUGE difference from the sound of a video and in person. Please I really want my 370z to sound mean and aggressive like bitch back the hell off me hahaha :P

1. Did you just order the system, meaning your name is on the list? Or did you just receive your system? If you're only on the list, call Tony at F.I. and ask him to change your order, that is easy to do.

2. If you're planning to put your F.I. exhaust up to stock cats, you will see a slight performance gain. If you get test pipes, with any F.I. exhaust, you will see improved gains. The 12" or 18" or Non-Res exhausts all perform the same.

3. That's not the sound you want if you want to be taken seriously... If that's the sound you want, drink a few PBR's, cut holes in the top/bottom of the cans, glue them together, and throw some rocks in them. Then duct tape them to your exhaust. Ricer Status: Confirmed :ugh2:

Yea I bearly ordered them like last month and well since I was set on the 12" resonator one I will stick with those just pretty much add the Test Pipes. Thanks for clearing things up for me lol :D

Just give Tony a call and clarify the sound you're looking for. He'll steer you in the right direction be it his exhaust or someone elses.


If you want the zOMG LOUDEST EXHAUST POSSIBLE, look at the GReddy Ti-C, or Agency Power. Both are extremely loud and raspy. They definitely say look you silly Honda Civics, anything you can do, I can do worse mean and aggressive.

Loudest exhaust possible? Litespeed Racing with since it has no mufflers! Just 3 resonators but goodness gracious I love how this baby sounds with Momentum headers and Z1 test pipes.....:happydance:

And speaking of the loudest exhaust, how can people forget the Meisterschaft??:ugh2:

IMHO the Meisterschaft CBE w/ stock cats is as loud as my non-res FI CBE and LTH's.
