AAM Short Tails
 

Good Afternoon gentlemen,

I am looking to get the AAM Short tails within the next week or two. Does anyone here have it that can give me some insight. Is it loud? Is there any noticeable hp/tq gain or loss? I'm sure it's an easy install since its a fancy muffler delete. Thanks and have a good night guys.

I've heard it's loud and I've heard it in person and it is loud, idk about obnoxious. Not too sure about gain/loss of hp/tq sorry bud. Install looks relatively easy. 4 screws and you're done...I think :tup:

I suggest you do the muffler delete instead of spending the money and hear the sound first. It should be very close in terms of loudness and power loss. Keep in mind, you could get a used or cheaper CBE if you are planning to pay the brand new price of the shorties

Lots of vids of this on YouTube. Yes it's loud. Gains are debatable +/- 3hp or something like that.

I have them and i LOVE it!! Its actually pretty quiet when you stick between 2000 and 3000 rpm's. But when u step on it...she screams lol but a good loud. Not raspy at all :tup:
