What's everyone's opinion on the best mod to exhaust and intake to get the best bang-for-the-buck in terms of power increase (and sound but not overbearingly loud) while still maintaining the ability to pass smog inspections (I'm in Texas if you're figuring that into it)? Catback exhaust and intake only? What type of power/torque increases can I expect there? Ideas welcome!
