These look awesome. Would really love to see some solid Dyno numbers one day from these intakes. Anything close to the stillens and I'd jump on them.

Titanium can not be bent into tight bends, so it has to be cut, and welded. Each cut is made with a computer controlled water jet cutter, for accurate cuts. The inside of the pipe is surprisingly smooth, as the welds are really clean.

Looks awesome. Do they transfer less heat to the intake air than the similar stillen kit? It would be awesome to see a carbon fiber intake like this. since you guys do alot of titanium, you think you could make a strut tower brace that is cheaper than the ZELE?

Very nice piece, but... for the money i think it was a waste. The weight savings/ lower temps. Is'nt worth the $$$ IMO. More for a show car and bragging rights. But none the less it is very nice!

are you planning on getting this dyno'd. Interested to see what the gains are, if they are similar to the Gen 3s as well, since design shape and location are similar

We don't even know the price on these yet though. If they aren't much more than Gen III's, weight savings alone could be worth it.

I wouldn't say the material used is going to make that much of a difference in cost. It is the work involved in making them, bending, cutting, and then all the precise welding.

I would.

It does take more labor to do titanium, but the materials are roughly 2-3 times as much.

Who knows what this thing costs, the OP obviously isn't saying. It's probably hugely overpriced and I would be pretty shocked if it did as well as the Stillens do.
