Beluga CBE with CNT Resonated Test Pipes

Yeah I have the same test pipes and mine hiss too, especially when I let off the gas and the car starts to slow down. But when upshifting it's like

Yeah I have the same test pipes and mine hiss too, especially when I let off the gas and the car starts to slow down. But when upshifting it's like a little blow off valve

Is it just the CNT Test pipes then...or do others do the same? I do not plan to install test pipes, but wanna be sure if I ever do.
