Nice intakes I think your Stock Tune MAF Insert option is an Awesome Innovation!
Exactly just that, you will have to disconnect the whole hose, and literally flip it around so what was once going into the intake pipe will now be on the other end

Yes, if you click on the instructions you can see how big of a hole is needed to be cut in the plastic intake duct hole
