But it seemed to go away once it got a little warmer. I cant run car very long because its in my garage under my house and the fumes got pretty bad, so tomorrow i will put insurance back on here and do a proper test drive

With headers and test pipes some hissing is going to exist on deceleration. It's just the nature of the VQ. Now if you're hearing is an acceleration then there is a problem.
