The difficulty in installing cold air intakes is relatively low, as anyone who can turn a wrench the right way could install these. Just make sure you have plenty of time and patience when doing it. Same goes with removing/reinstalling the front bumper. For someone who has done it before it could take a few minutes.. but for a first timer, it could be confusing. Also make sure not to overtighten the MAF sensor when swapping them over to the Stillens, those screw/bolts are super fragile.

I'm too lazy to DIY. Let the professionals do it. Lou Roc from Amplified Motorsports did it for way less.

Diys are fun and rewarding knowing you can do it. I hope that installation fee comes with Kay Y Jelly and an anal beginners kit because that booty hole gona hurt. For that type of cash you can get yourself a shift knob, fog light, harness, Gtr start button, weather tech custom floor mats.

I've down CAI installs on both my BMW 330ci and my Acura TL, but neither one required removal of the bumper. That's really muy only concern.

It is surprisingly easy to remove the bumper. It's like Nissan said "Hey, someone is going to shove a filter in here, let's just put some bolts and stuff to hold it together."

I have taken my bumper off probably 10 times now. The first time took like 30 minutes. Now it takes like 10

I checked with a local dealer in the same intake and install and they said they same 3hours crap and $1000! I'm with everyone else to do it yourself. Get some beer and a buddy who is also handy and make an afternoon out of it

On second thought... That sounds very reasonable... If I was the local dealer...
