Default Loose exhaust bolts?

So I just installed my oil cooler today and while the car was on the lift I took the opportunity to admire the underbody of the car and happened upon a rather shocking revelation.

The bolts between the pipe and stock barrel (last bit before the tips) were almost completely unscrewed. Is this osmething that can occur through vibrations? Anyone else notice this over time?

I'm hoping this was just incompetence from the dealership rather than something I need to be worried about over time... It explains why I thought my exhaust sounded more aggressive recently

Not entirely unheard of for exhaust bolts to rattle loose, although if that's a stock exhaust on a low-miles 2013 that nobody's messed with, it shouldn't have been loose already by now, probably insufficiently tightened at the factory. Just put some anti-seize on the bolts as long as you're messing with them, check that the gaskets are in one piece, and torque it back down.
