Fast Intentions or AAM 2.5" Exhaust
 

Hey guys, its time to start modding my car and the first mod will be the exhaust. Originally, I really wanted the Fast Intentions + 18" res. I've read reviews about it and it seems like everyone loves it. From the video it sounds great too. The waiting list I've heard has been up to 12 weeks. Not that am inpatient or anything.
Then I've came across the AAM 2.5" Exhaust. I know the gains are not as good as the F.I. but I wanted to see you guys opinions on this. I daily drive the Z and am looking for something with minimum drone as possible.
Am on a limited budget and the best bang for the buck would be best.

I also plan on lowering my car in the future and would also like some input.

How is the drone on the AAM's compared to the F.I. exhaust? Those who have the AAM's or F.I. I would like you opinions. Is the AAM 3" exhaust any much different fromt he 2.5's? Thanks

If you are planning to stay N/A or even make between 450-500whp a 2.5inch exhaust system is plenty. With that being said, this somewhat narrows down your choice already unless AAM released their 2.5inch exhaust? Either way I highly recommend you give Tony a call at the shop and go from there!

Best bang for the buck IMO is a USED anything, although I'd recommend Ark, the sound is either the deepest or close to the deepest you can get
