Yeah most the headers won't do much. As stated the momentum headers were made for turbo on the 350 with the momentum turbo kit for faster spool times. Better air flow for us! All the headers from all z34 and z33's will are interchangeable as long as you use the cats from the same motor. Actually a few friends just installed the OBX long tube headers from a 370 into a 04 350z DE. Said they went in smooth....well as smooth as headers do lol. For the DE guys, its an upgrade to swap to the 370z stock intake manifolds.

Man, a DE or, more likely, a RevUp with an HR/VHR mani (Prolly HR is better since spinning to 7500+ isn't smart on a DE or RevUp) and PPE headers coupled with some aftermarket cams...

Holy moly. That's probably a 320-330+ WHP N/A combo for a car that came stock with ~230-240 WHP at most...

This article is from a company that did a custom step long tube header setup, and larger intake manifold and only did 272whp on the DE.....but look where they ended up lol

Yeah it's impressive, but they spent as much as a V8 swap or TT kit would have cost them, that's always the rub about these hardcore N/A builds.

I think if they could get from 220ish HP stock to 300+ with just intake manifold, headers and cams, they should probably count their blessings and enjoy it lol.

So if we get the Z1 momentum headers and the ART pipes made for the 350z, they would line up perfectly with the CBE?
Guess I'll have to wait until these come out before getting ART pipes.

Z1 is making the headers to fit the HR so you don't have buy new cats for the DE like original Momentum headers. Friend with the OBX headers from the 370z on his DE went in for a tune today and put out a whopping 252whp/240tq..... looks like the DE isn't as bolt on friendly Shovelman lol.

That is correct. Rob at Z1 said that they tried Tomei HR headers, but it didnt fit.

I also heard that pricing might be in the $800 range...but take that with a grain ofmsalt.
