We had three people doing the longtubes, didn't change much. It's a long and grueling task that you have to take very slowly if you don't want to muck everything up.
I assume. Only thing I know about the LTH is the extended O2 that takes time. But shorties are just bolt up and attach test pipes. No clearance issues. Mmmmm. Now that I picture it i can see how bolting up the LT would be a pain. Especially the bottom bolts and bolts in the rear being the pipes are long and most likely in the way.

Exactly.

Add in to it that they're ceramic coated and you're warned over and over to touch the coating as little as possible and to even try to install it while it's inside a damned plastic bag... Yeah.

And I actually have to take mine off so I can wrap them and put them back on to get my under hood temps under control.

Going to be awful, since I don't have a lift this time.

Z1 just posted up dyno results of a 350z Nismo with the soon to be released Z1 headers and full bolt ons making 322WHP.... pretty impressive.

I saw that today on Zatlanta...it's ridiculous how Z1 is able make that much power. I cant wait for the headers and some other non-engine work that might give us more power.

I wonder of the 350 headers would be good on the 370.. The momentums were for the 350 after all...

With the amount of ppl interested in these headers, Z1 should have a group buy for when they're released

Not understanding? The Momentum headers from the 350 work on our 370. That's current what I'm running. And the numbers are just as great. That's what this whole thread is originally about. Plus I heard the Z1 headers will be out soon enough. So there coming. You guys have to understand business along with finding a good manufacture to work with to help Z1 produce such a great product. This mod just blew up overnight with short supply. Just know Z1 will provide a great product that's trouble free.

I think he meant to say "I wonder if other 350 headers would work".

To that point, I think the Momentums were very oversized for the engine they were originally designed for, and have a very nice collector design, so I'd be pretty surprised if other 35DE headers get any gains. A lot of them will absolutely fit (I tested some DE long tubes, fit fine with only minor adjustment to a heat shield needed), but they were awful, performance wise.

That is what I meant to say thanks for clarifying - type like crap on these smartphones. Was curious if other 350 headers could work but you answered that too, much appreciated!

I don't think they are very oversized. They were designed specifically for use in their turbo kit. But you are right, with no turbo they are pretty large
