Chris, how did you get the tips to extend so far out? Mine sit tucked under the diffuser even after maxing it out on adjustment..

My Hks sits tucked under the diffuser too. And I've noticed that's because our Nismo diffuser extend 1-2 inches out than the non-nismo ones.:shakes head:

Hmm really? This is the driver side that lined up pretty well. Didn't have to adjust much to make it fit the way it is now. My passenger side NOW matches perfectly after getting rewelded to match the heights but it sits identical to driver side now.

+rep and thanks for the vids!

The passenger side misalignment is the achilles heel of the Litespeed exhaust. Wish I had mine rewelded. Instead, we bent the brackets till it lined up >_<

Heres a few more of the interior driving so you can kinda tell the in cabin noise. The drone can be pretty brutal around 3k rpms.

The camera is mounted on the hatch glass so it may be a bit louder back there then in the driver seat. Its not terrible IMO but I'm also use to be around loud stuff all day lol.

Repped, thanks for the vids! Oh man that sounds awesome from the cabin! Just the CBE has drone too, so drone with headers and test pipes isn't surprising at all haha.
At first I was shocked by how many times louder it was than the radio until I realized all the speakers are in the front and the hatch just acts like a resonating chamber for the exhaust.

I'm really looking forward to having this setup bt with art pipes instead :) And hoping that Z1 updates the momentum headers to 370Z flanges by the time I get back to the states. Then again, 350Z art pipes could probably be bought for a bit less.

I'm running stock cats and headers with FI 18" res exhaust.

Swapping stock cats for Z1 HFC along with the Z1 headers would make it way louder?

Indeed

~10 db I bet. Probably gonna be very livable still though.

Gotta wait and see what some folks say. I wanna see a few dyno runs on non-mustang dynos.

Lol yup. I only have base model so I don't have the extra speakers behind the seats lol. 350z ART pipes are always up for sale all over the place. It'd be worth a shot to see if investing some extra time to find some would be worth it. I'm always diggin for deals so patience is my game to get what I want/need :tiphat:

Anyone confirm lower pricing if you call? I was just going to order online but I might have to sneak out of work early and call if we can get a discount.

Anyone know if these would work well with a stillen sc kit? I'm wanting to go FI in a year or so and thinking of getting these to hold me over. I don't want to get them if it doesn't carry over well with a sc.

Joepro 06-09-2013 08:04 PM

Mine are inbound! I cannot see a downside with a SC, if we need more flow NA, you will need more with a SC.
