can you feel any gains? Modshack if your MAF is to lean out the car, would I see any gains from it since I have the Cobb tune? Also would

can you feel any gains? Modshack if your MAF is to lean out the car, would I see any gains from it since I have the Cobb tune? Also would the cobb tube and your MAF fit with stock boxes?
