No, this one. This is the view from underneath the car looking to the left. The bright spot is the fang opening and the flap can be seen to the left of it (if you click the image you can vaguely see the inscription "ET" on it).

Modshack-I believe you can see them on your last picture. On the right side of the windshield washer reservoir. From looking at your picture with the front fascia removed, it look like that the intake openings are closer to the center of the car then where those flaps are located, so I guess they do not hurt the airflow to the intakes.
