One suggestion to minimize any rattling would be to make "washers" out of some heavy duty rubber hose -- like intake coupler hose -- cut two pieces, and figure out a way to mount it where the TP's contact the frame. The rubber will cushion the vibrations and quiet them.
This may or may not work if that OEM cross member that went across the OEM cats was removed... the trick will be finding a place to secure them where they won't melt against the pipe...
