And is 15ft enough for both pipes?

I found this: http://www.jegs.com/i/DEI/186/010129/10002/-1?sendroicid=bbef8492-2d00-41d6-b158-38db0de2603c&catargetid=1716046196&sendroikwd={key word}&gclid=CJHR0cCB37QCFRQcnAodfQcATw

2" is fine and 15feet if done correctly will cover 1 of them.

That's the same setup I'll be going with, how you liking it overall?

I have not one complaint. Great sound and good performance combination.

My ART pipes have the metallic sound under acceleration too, but I just figured it comes with the territory. It sounds more like gravel in a tin can to me.

The only way to get rid of that metallic sound is to wrap it in header wrap .. I had the same issue and after the wrap problem solved ..

Honestly, after I read your post I was thinking "no way would this ever work". Well, I bought some wrap and hi-temp silicone spray and went to work on my test pipes since the rasp was driving me crazy and at this point I would give anything a shot. Now, it didn't eliminate all of it, but I would say rasp is down by 60%. Thanks a lot man for the tip. Rep coming your way

Just installed Berk Test Pipes and I get the same hiss. Don't know about a "metallic" sound, though

mwhit02 01-24-2013 08:39 PM

I installed exhaust wrap on the test pipes, and I still get the hiss during decel (around 2500rpms) and when I floor it, it still sounds metallic-y

UFreefer 01-24-2013 08:51 PM

I'll trade you HFCs and cash for them

Boost_lee 01-24-2013 09:26 PM

I had hiss on art pipes with fi cbe too.

Now that I'm running the motordyne cbe with art pipes, no more hiss that I can hear

Anybody go from just E370 to E370+art pipes? How much louder does it get? I don't mind it at all right now just don't want to make it annoying.

Just installed my ART's... LOTS of rasp.. Saving now for the FI cat back with Res.
I'll post vids later.
