got the fast intentions cbe cf non res, hfc art pipes or lth?

soo I'm getting the fast intentions cf cbe, i heard its gonna be nice loud with a little hissing, now i want some power and good noise im debating on lth cause the hissing will be even worse, what about art pipes will i get the hissing and good power?
