Berk Tech Cats vs Stillen Cats

I don't know answer to your question but you can't go wrong with either. I have heard good things about berk. I have stillen and it's very nice also. Deep growl

the difference among all the cats are very minimal, if at all any; however different manufactures use different cell-count cats. Stillen doesn't advertise what theres is but it's a relatively simple concept. More cells = quieter, less gas smell, but a bit more restrictive. On the other hand less cells is the opposite. Louder, more gas smell, better flow.
I know Berk Tech, as well as us (AAM Comp) uses 200 cell count, FI uses 300 cell count |
Dont know if anyone has experience with running one and then switching to another. I have berks and they made a huge improvement to the power in my car. Also made it a lot louder and now makes a hissing noise when i release the gas pedal. I get lots of compliments on the sound since its paired with a top speed y pipe and top secret exhaust except from my neighbors.

We have never had fitment issues with Berk parts so I would have to recommend them over the stillen parts.

You should look into the Fast Intentions HFC's as well. Probably the better of the other two.

They unfortunately have a higher cell count though.

Basically, their exhaust options kick a$$, their payment options kick a$$, and their customer service kicks a$$
You can buy a 3" exhaust with no resonator, 2.5" with 18", 12" or no resonators and option to add cats to it, they also offer carbon fiber cans as an option. They offer long tube headers as well which is only one of two companies to do so. They make test pipes, resonated test pipes, HFC's, and resonated HFC's. They take payment plans, which works out with the wait time on their products. It gives you every option imaginable when it comes to exhausts. They are not overpriced and everything is made by them in the US. For our platform, it's difficult to find better unless you don't like the way it sounds, and I've never heard such a thing. |
