Default Top Speed Pro-1 Ti Look Catback Exhaust System

Last weekend I installed TopSpeed's Ti Look Catback Exhaust System on my 2012. I ran into the usual snag with the fitment of the x-pipe to the stock cats, but I was able to overcome that without a tremendous amount of difficulty. I like the way the exhaust looks and sounds and let's be real, it's not a $2000 system, so I am not disappointed in the overall quality.
The first video is last weekend after the install. I installed the exhaust on Saturday, then removed it and re-installed on Sunday, this time using some high-temp red RTV on the flanges to seal a little better.
On Monday, I ran over a large dog (already dead) on the road and I knew I had done something to the car (cosmetically it is fine) but I did not have a chance to get under it until this morning. Turns out I had bent the large U-shaped brace under the car up into the exhaust. I was able to take it off and straighten it out then put it back on. There is also a very small dent in the driver's side tip but you can only see that from under the car. I think I was pretty lucky... It was a really big dog, at first I thought it was a deer, but a co-worker had also hit it and said it was a dog. So be it. After reinstalling the brace, the second video was shot.

If you listen to the other Top Speed exhaust, there is almost a rattle that you here in the cans when you downshift or decelerate ..

This exhaust sounds cleaner.

Sorry to hear about the Dog & the scratches. It would've been sick but cool if you were filming out the back when you ran it over... just sayin'...

Default Any drone?

I am considering getting this exhaust, but am concerned with the level of noise during cruising. How does this exhaust sound in the cabin with the windows up? Is there any drone or boom? How much louder is it that stock and are you still able to talk on the hands-free Bluetooth? Since this exhaust does not have resonators I am concerned about excessive noise at highway speeds.

Thanks for your feedback.

It's loud in the cabin, but no one has ever had a problem with hearing me through the bluetooth. I love hearing it rev!

Ran over a dead dog, ran over a dead deer and ran over a large plastic bag that melted to the exhaust. Has a small dent on the inside of the driver's side tip and the exhaust was slightly off center when looking from the rear since day one. That coupled with it's a loud exhaust in the cabin, prompted me to make a change to the Invidia. I really like the Invidia, what a great exhaust... I plan on cleaning up the Top Speed and selling it for cheap.

Driving on the backroads of Georgia at night is not without its hazards.
