Perfect Perfect Perfect
I received, installed, and have been loving my FI CBE SSmuffs 18"res exhaust! I deleted the cats and installed the CNT RES Test Pipes at the same time. WOA! WOW! and DAmn she sounds mean. I'm glad to have gone with the 18" resonators because when combined with the cat delete the exhaust sounds ridiculously deep. The fitment was unbelievable. I didn't have to adjust with washers or anything. Tony your products are insane and you have one satisfied customer in me. Your willingness to answer any questions I had, and me changing my order back and forth prove why you're one of the best in the industry. Keep it up. Thanks for a great product. I still want those FI LTHs... but they'll come later.

I got co carried away commenting Tony that i forgot to mention Nissangeneration and they're excellent service as well. I placed and recieved my order 3 days from when i paid thru paypal. Awesome! The CNT test pipes fit perfectly and were a match made in heaven with the FI's exhaust. The quality of the pipes were definitely not on par with fast intentions, but still a great deal for the price. I have no regrets and like i said the fitment was perfect. It took me about 5.5 hours to complete the install. I took my time with the demon bolt and the cat removal was the most challenging of everything. PB BLASTER AND THE RIGHT TOOLS MADE THE DEMON BOLT MY BITCH!. LOL. Oh and I wouldn't do the install without a lift. OK. y'all take care. I'm a go drive the beast thats sitting in my driveway.

That is definately mic distortion (or a day after a chili binge). Somebody lend this guy a proper camera so we can hear the real sound!

I know man. I was the first to call it out. I actually made that video on the fly for a buddy of mine from my HTC EVO. He really wanted to hear my setup and that was the best i could do. The only reason it's on Youtube was because my phone wouldnt send the file via email due to the size of the file. Better quality coming soon... It does sound pretty sweet in real life tho. No B.S.

I 100% know im going with the Coated LTHs, and I know they have a nice deep tone unlike the hfcs. Im just wondering how bad the "hiss" is going to be with my 18" cf exhaust?

guys on normal cruising from stopping position...I feel/hear a buzz like sound and vibration in my exhaust between 2k and 2.5k rpms...someone said flex pipes will fix it. The sound vibrates the door panels and other loose parts in the car
anyone had similar issue? |

Hey guys, I went out last night and recorded a quick test video from inside the car. I was holding the camera while driving (7AT yay!) so it is a bit shaky. Today I'm going to be recording a much longer video from outside (and maybe some more inside), and I'll probably post that up with my review next week.
I tried to keep the driving a bit varied to show the different sound levels as best I could. 18" CF + non-resonated HFC's: |
