Tony,

I appreciate your response to my email. I understand you are a busy man, as I have read on the forum of the type of support that customers have received from F.I.

I would just like to know if I could purchase an installation kit for your long tube headers, as I have purchased a set used. Also your recommendation on whether or not I should wrap them? The headers have been coated internally according to the seller.

Thank you for your time in response to my inquiry.

Daemon,

I actually just called you and left you a voice mail. Whenever you have a a chance, please get back to me. I can get you setup with the header installation kit.

As far as wrapping the headers, I strongly will advise you not to!

I look forward to your call...

Thank you, Tony

Hey Tony I have a question why would the 3" exhaust be quieter than the 2.5. I thought the 3" would be louder if both were non-resonated.

I believe the 3" would be quieter because, in theory, it will be used in conjunction with a twin turbo kit. The turbos would provide a significant sound reduction compared to a straight shot right from the motor.

Oh ok I guess the turbos act like a kind of resonator.
