The 3" is designed for a turbo car as they don't need any back pressure.. I cannot comment on the sound yet though.. As I have not heard one in person.. I'm sure it sounds sick though and the gains will be worth it on a boosted car

On an N/A car you will suffer some low end and mid range loss and gain a little more up top I would assume.. The standard 2.5" is the way to go if you plan on staying N/A

Good to know that the can sit higher. Maybe I won't smash this one up like my current one. I have a few evil driveways that I eventually have to tackle and the angle is extreme. Sad thing is that one of them is at my house!
I will be in touch soon Tony!

Tony is super nice and makes a great system. The F.I. system that I got about 2 months ago is lower than the stock muffler.
At work I always backed my car into the space till my rear wheels touch the parking block. I put my brand new F.I. system on and went to work the next day. I backed into my spot like I always have and scraped both of my brand new cans on the same parking block that the stock system cleared! Boy was I pissed, luckily the scrapes weren't too bad. So in some places it is definitely lower. I only park nose in now. Just a heads up for anyone getting a new system.
