It will not change the pitch. Well, I lied it might make it deeper with more of a rumble. I personally think it will sound great with HFC's! The point is to achieve the optimum sound without driving you crazy inside the car. I also like to give you all options. Options are good as people are different and like different things. But, don't worry about rasp. That will not be an issue.
