I'm tempted but I dont want to have problems with passing the emissions inspections down here in TX. Is there is a significant difference in power between going with FI

I'm tempted but I dont want to have problems with passing the emissions inspections down here in TX. Is there is a significant difference in power between going with FI CBE and headers vs. FI HFC with CBE?
