haha now im gonna have to scratch the f.i. exhaust with 12in resonators along with there hfc's, and consider doing the long tube headers with the f.i. exhaust with the 18inch resonator setup!! (sigh) decisions, decisions.......:rofl2:

Ok dumb question, but what happens with the 02 sensors when you go with long tube headers. Is there any way around CEL with this kind of setup?

Considering I have had two different test pipes on my car, my guess would be YES!

If they put that 'L' shaped bung on it, I think there is a good shot to keep the CEL quiet.

I mean I had pure test pipes and resonated test pipes and both had that design and I had no CEL. (pure test pipes thru a CEL for the first 50 miles and never appeared again for the 2k I put on them afterwards.)

Unless distance creates a problem?

Stainless steel. The only part of the exhaust that is carbon fiber is the sleeve of the muffler, which its not in this case.

will the FI high flow cats throw a CEL?

Thanks for that Pic' Tony. It gives a good idea of what the CF's will look like for us that will get them (yes they are Stainless above). Will show up nicely i think against my Chicane Yellow:tup:.

I suppose the cats out of the bag about the Long Tubes, hopefully there's a work around our Steering Rack (on the Correct side:stirthepot:).

If anyone is worried about ground clearance, dont be. Got mine installed last night. My car is dropped on BC racing coilovers and I have gone over some rough stuff and have not heard a scrape. Will be a while before I can get Vids and pics. the shop cold not get one of the bolts on the stock cats off so I am running 1 Berk HFC and 1 stock cat right now, lol. When ever I have the time to get my car back to the shop so they can finish the job, then I will get to pics and vids.
