He's counting the baseline. The 3 graphs posted are all graphed against the baseline run, which is the fourth one he's looking for. It's in all of the other 3

Open, of course with a fan blowing on if from about 6-8 feet away.

Fitment question
Tony,
I have a fitment question for you. I currently already have a full exhaust setup with Stillen headers, Berk HFCs, and the Stillen CBE. Now, I did the headers last, and when I installed the headers, they changed the geometry ever so slightly, resulting in an alignment issue between the cats and the CBE. This picture shows what I mean: If I jump ship and swap out my Stillen CBE for yours, do you anticipate I'll have to deal with the same issue? Or does your CBE have a lot of 'wiggle-room' in terms of adjustment? Because uh, Stillen's CBE doesn't. I was able to get Stillen's CBE to connect and my current setup works just fine, but it was a pain getting it to fit right. I don't want to go through that again, if you know what I mean.

If the headers are not designed to end in the exact factory location then it will throw everything else off. We will assume that your cats are built to factory specs. as well as your cat back starts in factory location. Then process of elimination tells us that it is your headers.
Now, my system has very little wiggle room. It is designed to fit in factory location. If the parts in front of it are not to factory specs. like I said, it will throw it off like your current situation. This is what I was getting at about flex joints. Say you had flex joints in your current cat back, then you could fudge it and make it fit. All it is going to do is leave your exhaust in a bind and you are going to eventually blow out that flex joint.

I'm not sure exactly what part causes that alignment issue TBH. But the Stillen headers do seem to end in the right spot, I think we compared this in another thread, re: two cars with the Berk HFCs and Stillen CBE, but one had headers and one didn't.

Yep, I agree that it's the headers. So the rest of you -- be forewarned about the fitment of Stillen's headers! To make things line up correctly, I had to put hose clamps around the rubber hangers and compress them to raise the rear of the exhaust up. It sounds like I'd have to do the same with your exhaust. (You have a PM from me for pricing, btw.)

Well, I did the headers last. And everything lined up perfectly until the headers went in. So take from that what you will. We're talking about a variance of an inch or so, so the Stillen headers not ending in the right spot wouldn't be obvious to the naked eye. Until you try to bolt up the CBE, that is.

With a 3-vendor setup (Stillen Headers, Berk HFC, FI CBE) it will be interesting |

I know you only did 3 runs but you mentioned 4. Here is an excerpt again from your post
"HFC runs were about 30 minutes after that." Yet you didn't post a graph with a dyno test for HFC. Just wondering if you did a run for HFC or only for the test pipes. |
