Sounds good, but just a little to loud for my taste... the problem with the LTH's is that if you need to change to your OE cats for emissions then you're screwed.

When I get my exhaust hopefully before the end of aug I want to make some vids to try and capture the awesomeness of this system. Any recommendations for a high quality camera? I have a flip ultra hd right now but I'm expecting a lot of distortion at WOT.

Set it far enough away from the car that it wont distort and/or put some foam around the mic area, like they do on pro microphones, to cut down on wind noise and help with the sound level.

has anyone heard the 12" vs the 18" differences? A lot more quiet?

On stock cats, the 12" is a lot louder that "could" get you in trouble, but not really. 18" is quieter, but is loud when you need it after 4000RPM.

I am sure it must have been discussed somewhere in this thread, but it's too long for me to go through. Can someone who has The exhaust alone and let me know how loud it is? I don't want a louder cabin and I don't want to draw too much (police) attention to my car or annoy people outside when I come down the street at night. Has anyone had any installation or fitment issues?

Can I get a quote for shipping to 91780? Also, is there any way for me to not have the Fast Intentions etched into the tips? I like it clean.

You would probably want to go with the SS Cans and 18" Resonators to be the quietest. You won't draw any attention as long as you're not driving like an idiot.

As for the Fast Intentions Logo, you'd have to give Tony a call about that one... Kinda the trademark of the company. But if it's any serious matter, the tips and logo are covered by the stock bumper, you can't even really see them.

I thought the cans were the resonators?

The resonators are on the X-pipe. Check out the pictures here: Fast Intentions

Cans are the mufflers, the actual resonators are before the muffler sections, as said in the X-Pipe. Think of the tail pipes as 'secondary resonators'. :tup:

That's pretty much the whole state of VA you listed there. I've had VA cops cut across 2-3 lanes of traffic just to drive up behind me. I'm down in Manassas right now, I always run into at least 3 cops on a 10 miles stretch on 66. So if I had fumes or anything close to it coming from the exhaust, they would have nailed me already.

We have shipped out up to #346. I need to do a much needed update and will shortly...

Below is the most recent update. As you can see we are running a little behind. My inventory of mufflers and tips are late and I am supposed to receive them sometime late next week. We are building away as we speak and 7 even possibly 8 systems will (hopefully) ship by the end of this week. If not by then, early of the following week.

We are not sitting around waiting for the mufflers and tips. We are building (all other portions of each CBE) so when the parts do arrive the turnaround time will be much faster.

I am hoping by mid September to be back on track and no longer be running behind. I appreciate everyones patience through all of this.

Since you want it on quieter side, I recommend going with the SS mufflers & 18" resonators. The addition of this setup and combination of keeping the stock cats on your car will be what you are looking for.

For this specific setup you are looking at the following pricing:

FI TDX CBE (SS mufflers) W/19" res: $1,260 + Tax.
Shipping to 91780 will run you $90 or you can come pick it up when it is ready. I can also do the install if you like.

As far as taking the logo out of the tips, it is something that we can discuss over the phone. I am not a fan of doing it but have made exceptions in the past.
