You are correct, I recently measured it again and it is less than 3/8" difference!

Are you serious - it's only 3/8" lower than the lowest point of the stock exhaust, and the lowest point on the FI exhaust?

If so :shakes head: - I'm an asshat, and I apologize for busting balls over this.

Yeah, it really isn't a concern at all.

No apology needed, and I have measured it one more than one car just to compare. The lowest point of the stock system is the tubes leading up to the rear muffler. As for ours it is the front of the mufflers themselves. They give the appearance that they are so much lower because you see so much of them. They stand out quite a bit more.

Tony, I was looking at possibly buying a supercharger, but I heard that since your exhaust has 2.5 inch piping, it would not be a good choice if considering a S/C. Any inputs you could add would be great. Any info on how the header is coming along? And I'm almost ready to order the exhaust :)

2.5" for an S/C setup is ideal.

3.0" is typically what you want for a TT setup, but a 2.5" would be fine up to 400-450 rwhp.

^Thanks alot for responding to both of my threads, it looks like I'll be the next to order the exhaust - 18" CF Exhaust

2.5" will be more than enough to about 525-550 RWH. Now, you can make more with the 2.5" but it becomes restrictive at that point. You have to be careful in regaurds to a S/C with the exhaust. Bigger is not always better. The supercharger will need back pressure unlike turbos which need no back pressure but trust me when I tell you this, our exhaust with a supercharger will outperform any other 2.5" cat back on the market.

I would bet the farm on it.
