I assume that I'll be able to afford it a few months after I get my car, so I'll want a pair of intake before then. If Stillen gets these CARB certified, I'll buy them right away.

A majority of our intakes are CARB Certified, and others are CARB Pending (information submitted for approval). CARB is not very speedy in their process for getting approval. It may take a while once submitted, and it will be.
