How might this affect airflow through the radiator? Could there be any cooling problems or additional cooling considerations if an oil cooler is also added?

So, looking at the installation instructions for the G37 version, you have to remove the entire front fascia to install this. One would have to remove the front fascia just to clean the filters, wouldn't they? Sounds like a bit of PITA to me.

Ok had to re-read the forum rules so I think this is ok since its related.
Help Shoudl I buy Stillen 3rd Gen intakes? - Page 2 - MyG37 Intake help - Page 2 - MyG37 In here you will see someone state that you don't have to remove it with help also you see how highly recommended it is. The Injen was like the first for the G37 so alot of people hopped on it. Then it was JWT PoPcharger which is comparable but over 95db the new concensus from what I gather is that everyone recommends the Stillen Now even if they have another already installed.

Nismo or Stillen? concerned about warranty?
I'm thinking of adding the Stillen cat back exhaust and intakes, but I believe this voids the Nissan warranty. Doesn't this bother anyone, especially on a first year release? It is OK to add the Nismo parts (i.e. cat back), as the warranty will still be in effect. How's the Nismo versus others? I'm not looking to race here, I just want a better sound and if performance comes too, all the better.
thanks for your insight!

It doesn't void the warranty.. but they aren't going to warranty that part you've added (which is why we have a limited lifetime warranty). We actually sell a lot of exhausts and intakes to dealerships for installation both for current customers, and new cars for sale.
It's very possible at most dealerships to get a STILLEN outfitted Z. We have a great relationship with Nissan. Speaking of the exhaust, we received the first production piece and retested the fitment after all of the jigs and production setup has been completed, and everything is perfect. We'll be shipping these kits before the end of the week. I'll hopefully have video clips soon, but just with a crappy point and shoot, but should give you a good idea. Look for additional pictures and pricing on that tomorrow at the latest. Intakes are being finalized as well, as I have more info I'll get it to you guys ASAP. |

I can Vouch for Josh here. I work at Harbor Nissan in our performance dept. And I also own a 370z myself. I have a set of Headers from Stillen I am going to install and I am looking foward to these intakes. Josh When these come out Let me know, I just could not swing the exhaust at this time. I know Brad has been talking to Kyle and we are very excited about this new intake. So Nissan will not warranty a Part from Stillen, But Stillen will. And dealing with Stillen first hand as a customer and a Vendor I give them 2 thumbs up!!! And if your dealer is giving you issues about your Mods bring your car to me, I take care of 90% of the Z's that come in the door being a past 350z owner and a 370z owner now. Relentless Ryan |

If you guys didn't see the previous post, we released a video of the 370Z exhaust so you can get a feel for the sound vs. stock. Here is the pricing info: STILLEN 370Z Product Page |
