Default Polishing Stillen G3 Tubes????

Ok... here goes.

So I had a shop install my intakes.... but it appears that they did not dremmle the hole large enough.

When they "slid" the tubes in, they got all scuffed up by the plastic.

I'm sure I am not the only person this has happened to.....

QUESTION:
What is the best way to remove the scuffs? I'm kind of a neat freak, the the scuffs just make my nice clean engine bay look aweful

Thanks in advance for the input.
