A the370z.com EXCLUSIVE opportunity: Fringe XVO Afterburner Exhaust Tips
Good afternoon everyone! For those of you that are not aware, we have been working closely with this forum to design a very special set of exhaust tips that will directly bolt on to the HKS exhaust system for 350/370Zs and G35/37s. Components are being cut and we are nearly ready to take the final step: getting them physically built and installed on your cars.
Here are a couple of renderings: Right now we have two forum members (Alstann and Wheee!) that have been involved and active on this project from the concept. I am grateful for the input. The tips will be approximately $250 each. This price should include one numbered and signed set of afterburners with powder coating to your personal specification, but will not include shipping. Generally shipping is around $30 to $35 anywhere in the main 48. I am making 12 sets and selling 11. I am not accepting pre-sales, but you can contact me if you want to be put on "the list". Thank you all for the support and kind words. As I've said before, this has been an EXCELLENT experience, and I have enjoyed designing the tips, and redesigning them based on forum input to create an ultimately sleek, sexy, clean, and unique exhaust option for Z/G owners. The moderator AK has been especially helpful and has allowed us to conduct this experiment...and for that I thank him. 1) wheee! 2) Alstann 3) killergx001 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10) 11)

So ummm...what do they do? They kinda remind me of bunsen burner tips.

They replace the tubes that bolt on to the HKS exhaust. The function is to resemble a thrust vector nozzle from the rear of a fighter jet.
They are fully color customizable. You can have different outer and inner colors so the the tips match your car perfectly. Two of the most popular tips we make for the GTR are the "Sentinel Steel" (brushed and cleared outer with a high gloss black inner) and the "Phantom Black" (flat black outer with high gloss black inner. See below for existing examples as well as a few concept renderings. We also have these for sportbikes: ...and soon, for cruisers: Other designs that aren't "Afterburners" are forthcoming as well: The Nissan Z and the Infiniti G could be the next platform to have these tips as an option...but it's up to you guys now. So anyway, this is what we are up to in the exhaust department and thought it might answer some questions. Please feel free to ask if you have any others.

Yes, these are designed specifically for the HKS exhaust system. These tips are a direct replacement for the thin tubes that come with the HKS system.

These + lambo doors and all you need are sidewinders.
All jokes aside, these look sweet. I would get a pair if I had the right exhaust.

Those look AWESOME. HKS Exhaust guys are lucky they can get these.
That GT-R looks sick with them blacked out like they are. And I would buy that bike right now for it's looks.

i think one of the nice things about the hks exhaust is the tips, so i think many people like that look and dont want to mess with it. but i wouldnt mind switching it up from time to time. these would be interchangeable right? also might want to mention hks in the title somewhere so people with the exhaust know its for them.
