Default ARK HFC...still have "hiss"

Just wanted to put this out there. Nothing else wrong with the HFC, but the thing is they really marketed that they put a lot of research into eliminating the hiss that comes with aftermarket cats/test pipes on our cars.

Now I have never heard the infamous "hiss" in person other than on my own car, so maybe the ARK HFC hiss sounds better in comparison to other options. But for my car, when I am decelerating in gear it sounds almost identical to a car that desperately needs new brake pads. I am not talking about squeaky brakes, but rather I am referring to that scratching noise where it sounds like metal is scraping on metal. That's what it sounds like when I let off the gas, especially in 2nd or 3rd gear.

Can anybody else with the ARK hfc chime in?
