Happy to say I just ordered my second Fast Intentions exhaust system! This time non-resonated but still with the Carbon Fiber cans.

Cannot wait!

Installed mine tonight. The build quality is seriously top knot notch Thick flanges, smoothed internal welds, quality bolts and gaskets. Fits like a glove. It’s has a nice deep tone, no rasp, and really opens up as you get on the gas. Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks Kevin and the rest of the fast intentions group!

Grats! considering self install, but worried about that damn demon bolt. How did you fair? Only 15k on mine but still... worried... I don't own a lift but can rent a bay so don't want to spend the hours paying that could rack up to what I'd pay a mechanic to install anyway

if you’re just doing the exhaust and not replacing the casts, you’ll be fine with a few wrenches. I put on test pipes and the 2 demon bolts snapped right off which was nice and easy. Mines a 2015 with about 15k miles. Did everything in my garage on jack stands.

Also, I heard some people had some luck by tightening them a tad first, and then try and loosen them.

If you are doing HFCs as well, I suggest soaking the bolts down with liquid wrench 24-48 hours before. This is much easier if it isn't your daily driver. I put my Z up on jack stands several days before and sprayed the bolts down several times a day for three days. From there I used several extensions and an impact socket. My son was under the car holding the socket firmly on the bolt while I was up top turning the breaker bar. Both came off fairly easily. I was actually surprised. I've been told they came off that easy because my car had low mileage.

If you aren't doing HFCs, you won't need to deal with them at all.

I only did the CBE, no HFCs, so a relatively simple install. But I'm too damned old (number 67 coming up) to be crawling under a car on ramps & jack stands anymore. I looked into renting a bay and compared costs to having a trusted shop do the install. Cost me just north of $300 for the good guys at the shop vs. $167/hr. for the bay rental. Actually cost me less ($$$ and personal wear & tear) to have it done. I just had Kevin ship directly to the shop. The important thing is to have a shop that you know and trust to take pride in doing quality work. Don't just go to a chain muffler outlet and hope for the best.

If anyone is looking to get a Fast Intentions exhaust, keep an eye on Next Level Performance's instagram.

They have offered 7% offer sales for FI stuff before - saved me around $100 bucks.

Note that Fast Intentions cannot/will not directly sell HFC/LTH to California customers. this is why i ordered from a non-CA retailer.

Johnny in Granger....hey Hoosier.
From Indy, now in San Diego. I wish I could help you with the list, but I can't. I will say its really, really worth the wait.

This exhaust has settled in so nicely. I have had to watch the bolts and do some torqueing as the system settled in, but the sound has mellowed and the ends are starting to get a nice patina. The real benefits are the available power at the high end. This FI catback and a Stillen Gen 3 has transformed my Touring setup so much from stock.

On your Nismo it's going to impressive.

I am so happy with it I completely forgot about how long I waited for it.
