So the FI HFC's don't have mounting brackets to go with the stock supports, correct? What are the disadvantages of NOT using the stock cat supports?

Also while on the subject, I'm assuming the FI resonated HFC's would cut down on any drone noise compared to non-resonated HFC's. I already have the 18" resonated CBE, but wouldn't mind it being louder at WOT. Cruising volume is ok to me and I would like to keep it where it is, or maybe just a TAD louder.

EDIT: Off topic note. Love the sound of the exhaust when I'm driving in the parking garage at work. Also love the fact that some car alarms will chirp when I drive by
