Fort Hood has the same above ground barriers that you speak of. If I were any lower, I would have issues with them as well. For future reference, try getting

Fort Hood has the same above ground barriers that you speak of. If I were any lower, I would have issues with them as well. For future reference, try getting as close as you can to one side and let your outside tires ride over the knuckles that raise the barrier. You should clear that way.
Wait........are they the reverse spike strips or barriers?
