I received my exhaust on 1 July, took it to the dealership on the 3rd, and it's STILL not ready!!! This is the most incompetent shop I've ever worked with.

I received my exhaust on 1 July, took it to the dealership on the 3rd, and it's STILL not ready!!! This is the most incompetent shop I've ever worked with. In fairness to them, they don't install a lot of these aftermarket items. But an exhaust, especially F.I., is pretty straight forward. Oh well, it's going to be ready in a few hours. Oh, and they want to charge me between 4 and 5 hours of labor.
 They did say the exhaust puts the Nismo to shame  .
