So, I was under my car (don't know why I was under it) just looking at it I guess, and I saw that my 13 model doesn't have the EVAP

So, I was under my car (don't know why I was under it) just looking at it I guess, and I saw that my 13 model doesn't have the EVAP cover. I've seen the speedy's garage video and a couple of pics of it. Has anyone installed the FI CBE on a 13 model year and did it have the cover?
