Your "estimated" shipping window ended this past Monday, 4/15. We are building your system as we speak and it is shipping by the end of the week. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

I don't get people who gripe here, especially if they didn't contact FI first. Reaching out to FI is probably one of the easiest things you can do as a consumer. I wish other companies had their service.

Fast Intention folks are messed up. Always answer the phone, call you back when they are supposed to, meet deadlines committed too, and respond to emails. What gives. I am not use to that crap. I think I am gonna throw up....

i gave an update on my order status dude, so no hard feelings ;-) If i was getting mad about it, i would have definitely made a different comment. I spoke to Kevin about two weeks ago and he told me there were some delays. I am not discrediting F.I. or anything.... just sayin the wait time might me couple days more than claimed 4-6 weeks....

No worries, wasn't intentionally attacking you. Tone gets lost in text and with "..."'s. Just wanting to make sure you contacted them first since this is a forum they may not regularly check and they are very responsive otherwise. The wait is worth it

4-6 weeks, 12-14 weeks?! You kids have it so easy these days. When I ordered mine way back when, I had to wait 100 weeks!

Haven't gotten a tracking number yet but just got charged the remaining amount... so I know it's coming. Pretty much right at the 6 week estimate. Cannot wait.
