Now that it is quieter, I sometimes miss that first week and the feeling the sound gave me, but I realize that it was much too loud for daily use. I am happy with the decision to go with 18's, but I have never heard 12's in real life.

As for the sound...I just hit 1k miles on this exhaust, and the sound has gotten deeper, louder and richer for me, again I am non-reso-CF. FI knew what they were doing when they designed it. The best way to describe it is like the porridge is not too hot and not too cold, it is just right! |

Pour car wash soap onto a wet microfiber towel and clean them by hand. Once you clean them, spray with water to wash off the soap. Use a dry microfiber towel to dry them off.

My order number is 1678 and I'm considering modifying my order from stainless to carbon fiber mufflers. I emailed Kevin. Hopefully it's not to late.

Got mine installed this past week. I had flywheel/clutch done at the same time so i couldn't really rip it the way i wanted to, but DAMN the sound is amazing
even around 3k rpm, putting around cruising speeds, there is a noticeable, sharp growl - but its not loud and obnoxious. Then when you floor it, you get the ROAR unleashed pretty much the perfect exhaust for a street car Unfortunately one side is not aligned - so the car is back at the shop for a bit more work. Should be no problem
